Thank you so much for sharing this letter with me. I have taken the liberty of sharing it with many people …

Have found myself saying how proud it makes me of students in BPS. Please tell your class how much their thoughtful comments mean to the many people who worked so hard to create the Memorial...

I sent the letter to the Artist so she will know that the Memorial is achieving the goal she had: to teach the next generation about the accomplishments of these women.

Thanks to you and your class… It is quite remarkable to see students entering the civic life of the city by participating in public debate… Congratulations!!!!!!

Dear David, Anthony, Greg, Nikita, and Anthony,
What a letter to your editor! I'm really impressed with your vision.
My editing suggestion is minor: Would you consider breaking up the first paragraph into shorter segments?
Just start a new paragraph after Bergmann, and after stone. Newspaper readers have short attention spans!
Keep up the great work. Sharing informed opinions with others is a great service to the community.
Yours in Service Learning,

(editor for TeachNet Boston Signature Projects)
