Senior Narratives

The Assignment:
Tell a story about the senior citizen you interviewed. Use details from your interview to describe the person, the conflict, the setting, and the events that take place. Try to picture the story like a movie: see the scenes before you write them. Write a story that others would want to read.

-OR-

Describe your senior pal. Include what they look like, their personality traits, examples that show their traits, and other information from your interview. Remember, use details!

The Requirements:
1) One to three (1-3) pages.
2) Write on one side of the paper only. Do not skip lines in your final draft.
3) Edit for correct spelling and sentences. No capital letters or end punctuation should be missing.
4) Write in blue or black ink. Make your narrative look good.
5) See attached grading rubric for scoring.

The Due Date: Thursday, April 4, 2002
Your story must be handed in on time.

Remember: Your Senior Narrative must be handed in on April 4, 2002
in order for you to pass the term.

Extras: Draw an illustration to go with your narrative. (If it is drawn well, and fits well with your story, you will receive extra points.)
