Heart disease is the most frequent cause of death for older Americans. 38% of older Americans die from heart disease. Almost 600,000 died from heart disease.in 1992 Malignant neoplasms, a form of cancer, is second to heart disease. 23 % of older Americans died in 1992.
Our advice is to watch your diet. Decrease the amount of salt and red meat and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. When you cook, don’t use cube seasoning, use powder seasoning. Don’t smoke. Do a lot of exercise to activate your health.
